Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QA/QS Engineer to join our real estate project execution team. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality assurance and quantity surveying, with a strong focus on residential and commercial developments. Key Responsibilities: Quality Assurance (QA): Monitor all construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards. Conduct site inspections, audits, and material testing as per QA/QC protocols. Prepare quality assurance reports and maintain documentation for each stage of work. Coordinate with contractors and consultants for resolving quality-related issues. Implement and update quality control procedures and checklists. Quantity Surveying (QS): Prepare and review BOQ (Bill of Quantities) based on architectural and structural drawings. Conduct rate analysis and cost estimation for materials and labor. Track project costs and prepare cost reports for management. Verify contractor bills and subcontractor claims. Assist in tendering and procurement processes. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and regulatory norms. Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software (e.g., CostX or similar). Familiar with IS Codes and quality benchmarks in the construction industry. Good analytical and reporting skills. Attention to detail and ability to work independently on site. Qualifications: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Certification in QA/QC or Quantity Surveying is a plus. Prior experience in real estate projects preferred.
