CIVIL Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning:

- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.

- Conduct site investigations, feasibility studies, and risk assessments.

- Create resource allocation plans, including labor, materials, and equipment.

2. Design and Documentation:

- Review and approve civil design documents, including plans, specifications, and estimates.

- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

3. Construction Management:

- Oversee site preparation, excavation, foundation, and structural work.

- Manage contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure quality and timely completion.

- Conduct regular site inspections, monitor progress, and address issues.

4. Quality Control:

- Ensure compliance with quality standards, testing, and inspection requirements.

- Conduct regular quality control checks, obtain stakeholder feedback.

5. Safety Management:

- Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment.

- Conduct regular safety inspections, address hazards, and incidents.

6. Stakeholder Management:

- Coordinate with clients, engineers, architects, contractors, and government agencies.

- Ensure effective communication, issue resolution, and conflict management.

7. Closure:

- Formalize project completion, obtain final acceptance.

- Document lessons learned, evaluate project success.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in civil construction project management.

- Proven track record of delivering successful civil projects.

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques (e.g., AutoCAD & Project Management Software).

- Required Fluent in English.
