Civil Executive

Location: Project Site – Geriatric Centre (with travel to other SHEOWS locations, if required)

Reports To: CEO and Board of Directors

Employment Type: Full-Time

About SHEOWS

SHEOWS (Saint Hardyal Educational and Orphans Welfare Society) is a non-profit organization dedicated to the care, rehabilitation, and empowerment of destitute and abandoned elderly citizens. We are expanding our reach through a new Geriatric Care Centre, aimed at providing world-class care facilities for senior citizens in need.

Position Overview

The Civil Executive will be responsible for overseeing all on-ground construction, site operations, and civil work activities for the Geriatric Centre project. The role requires strong technical knowledge, operational discipline, and regular reporting to the CEO and Board of Directors to ensure timely and quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction and civil activities at the project site.

· Ensure adherence to approved designs, drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

· Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders for smooth project execution.

· Conduct site inspections and verify the quality of materials and workmanship.

· Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for review by the CEO and Board.

· Ensure that all project milestones are achieved within timelines and budgets.

· Manage site-level logistics, manpower planning, and resource allocation.

· Identify and report any technical issues, deviations, or risks promptly with corrective action plans.

· Verify bills and measurements submitted by contractors before payment processing.

· Maintain compliance with statutory and environmental regulations at the site.

Qualifications & Experience

· Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised institution.

· Minimum 3 + years of experience in construction site supervision.

· Strong knowledge of civil construction processes, project coordination, and quality control.

· Proficient in MS Office, and project tracking tools.

· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs.

· Excellent communication, reporting, and documentation skills.

· Integrity, accountability, and attention to detail are essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
