Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with a strong background in Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) works to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the cost, estimation of the work, quality, quantity, design, execution, and maintenance of STP-related civil works, ensuring compliance with technical standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and supervise civil works for STP projects including foundations, structural works, tanks, pipelines, and related infrastructure.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to project specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams to resolve technical issues.
• Prepare project estimates, BOQs, drawings, and progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with environmental standards, pollution control guidelines, and statutory regulations.
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and ensure timely completion of works.
• Assist in operation & maintenance support for STP facilities.
• Provide technical input for tendering, vendor evaluation, and project planning.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 3–7 years of experience in civil engineering, with minimum 2 years in STP / wastewater treatment projects.
• Strong knowledge of concrete structures, piping, tanks, and utility works related to STP.
• Familiarity with relevant IS codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.

Preferred:

• Experience in operation & maintenance of STPs.
• Knowledge of MEP coordination in treatment plant projects.
• Exposure to government / municipal projects will be an added advantage.

Compensation & Benefits:· Probation Period: 6 months (confirmation based on performance review).

• Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on qualifications & experience).
• Travel & Site Reimbursements: Company will cover official travel expenses, site visits, and outstation project allowances as per policy.
