Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer (minimum 2–3 years) to oversee the construction of diverse civil infrastructure at multiple solar project sites. This role involves supervising the execution of all civil activities including transformer foundations, electrical panel/IDT foundations, main control room erection, underground water tanks and piping, fencing, and various other structural works critical to solar PV plant installations. The candidate will ensure all sites meet safety, quality, timeline, and budgetary requirements and provide hands-on technical expertise and coordination across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and oversee all civil engineering aspects for new and upcoming solar project sites.

· Supervise civil works such as transformer and panel foundations, control room erection, underground water tanks, fencings, trenches for cabling, approach roads, drainage, boundary walls, and other required infrastructure

· Review and interpret civil/structural drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications

· Coordinate with project managers, electrical engineers, and contractors for smooth, quality execution at each site

· Conduct site inspections, ensure material quality and adherence to best practices in civil EPC

· Implement and enforce all industrial safety standards and protocols

· Provide regular progress reports and issue escalation to management

· Liaise with local authorities for necessary permits, NOCs, and statutory compliances

· Motivate and supervise site contractors, workers, and sub-teams to maintain quality and schedule

· Participate in planning and review meetings, providing technical insights and solutions for field challenges

· Travel extensively across project sites in Chhattisgarh as needed

· Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (mandatory)

· 2–3 years minimum experience in industrial civil construction (solar industry preferred)

· Proven track record with transformer foundation, control room, panel erection, underground tanks, and civil works in renewable/utility/power sector projects

· Proficiency in interpreting civil drawings, BOQs, soil/geotechnical reports and guiding in their preparation

· Knowledge of local building codes, renewable energy regulations, quality and safety standards

· Strong project management, leadership, and organizational skills

· Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time-management abilities

· Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

· Willingness to travel regularly to sites within Chhattisgarh

· Experience with contractor management, billing verification, and reporting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
