Job Purpose:

To plan, supervise, and execute hospital construction and reconstruction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end civil projects – from initial design, planning, and site execution to final handover.
• Manage reconstruction, renovation, and expansion projects of hospital facilities.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and hospital quality norms.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets, and prepare regular status reports.
• Supervise site activities, labor, and contractors to ensure quality standards are met.
• Resolve technical issues and provide on-site guidance during construction/reconstruction work.
• Handle procurement and verification of civil materials as per specifications.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure projects align with hospital requirements.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of construction, reconstruction, and renovation projects.
• Ability to manage projects independently from scratch to finish.
• Good understanding of electrical, plumbing, and allied civil works.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and site management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office/AutoCAD.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 4–10 years of experience in construction and reconstruction projects, preferably in hospitals or large infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record of handling projects independently from planning to execution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
