Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with a strong background in residential and high-rise projects to join our team as a Junior Project Manager at our Riverdale Aerovista site in Mohali. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, managing contractors and vendors, ensuring quality control, and driving project completion within timelines and budgets.

Plan, monitor, and execute project activities as per schedule and BOQ.
Supervise and guide site engineers, supervisors, and contractors.
Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal departments for smooth execution.
Conduct site audits to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to design specifications.
Manage labour productivity and contractor performance.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and track project milestones.
Support cost control, material procurement, and billing verification.
Ensure timely completion of work with required quality standards.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of civil construction, finishing, and MEP coordination.
Excellent team handling and leadership skills.
Good understanding of project planning and execution.
Familiar with project audits, vendor management, and labour compliance.
Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project tracking tools.
Strong communication and decision-making skills.

B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering (Diploma holders with relevant experience may also be considered)
