Key Responsibilities

• Site Management: Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality control measures to ensure that construction outcomes meet the required standards and specifications.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any construction-related issues.
• Resource Management: Manage materials and resources on-site effectively to minimize wastage and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
• Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, MS-Office

Key Requirements

• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in civil engineering within the real estate or residential construction sector.
• Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
