Job Description

Conduct site investigations, analyze survey reports, and study technical data to plan project layouts.
Develop detailed engineering designs, drawings, and specifications using CAD or BIM software.
Prepare cost estimates, feasibility studies, and project proposals.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
Monitor construction progress through site inspections and provide technical guidance to contractors and project teams.
Identify and resolve design or construction issues promptly.
Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, government agencies, and clients.
Prepare technical reports, permit applications, and documentation.
Ensure quality assurance and control throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
