We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to oversee and manage construction projects, ensure technical compliance, and deliver high-quality infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, design, and execution of civil engineering projects, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate civil engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Prepare and review project plans, designs, and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and oversee construction activities to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and design standards.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, consultants, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and environmental standards.
• Prepare technical reports, progress reports, and documentation.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Mentor and supervise junior engineers and technical staff.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, techniques, and technologies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in civil engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Project, and other engineering software.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
