Civil Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, buildings, and water systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of engineering principles, excellent project management skills, and experience with CAD software and civil design standards. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and manage civil engineering projects from concept through completion. Prepare detailed engineering plans, drawings, and specifications using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar software. Perform site investigations, feasibility studies, and risk assessments. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other engineers to ensure quality and timely execution of projects. Conduct structural analysis, material testing, and cost estimation. Supervise and monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed. Prepare and present technical reports and documentation. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred for senior roles). Valid professional engineer (PE) license [if required]. Proven experience in infrastructure or construction projects. Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.). Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work both independently and in a team. Preferred Skills: Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). Familiarity with GIS and surveying tools. Knowledge of sustainable building practices.
