Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and supervising construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in accordance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations and construction activities
Interpret construction drawings and specifications to ensure accurate execution
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth workflow
Monitor project progress, quality, and adherence to timelines
Prepare and maintain project reports, documentation, and material records
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
Conduct regular inspections and resolve technical/site issues
Assist in procurement planning and manage usage of materials and resources
Oversee quality control and ensure proper construction techniques are followed

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil construction/project execution
Strong understanding of construction practices, project planning, and quality control
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other engineering tools
Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of local regulations and construction codes
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
