Job Description

Role: We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Civil Engineer to join our growing construction team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in site supervision, material procurement, budgeting, and expense tracking. You should be confident, organized, and capable of leading on-site teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure quality and timely completion.
Read, interpret, and work according to architectural and structural drawings.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers for material procurement and delivery.
Prepare and maintain project expense sheets and assist in budgeting and cost control.
Ensure materials and workmanship meet the required standards.
Suggest technical improvements or alternate materials where suitable.
Use AutoCAD and similar drafting tools to comprehend and make minor amendments to drawings.
Report project progress and challenges to management regularly.
Handle on-site labour teams confidently and ensure productivity.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of practical site experience in construction projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and similar drafting software.
Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and cost estimation.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Must have a two-wheeler for site travel (petrol allowance provided).
Should be punctual, reliable, and ready to take initiative.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
