Civil Engineer

Role: We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Civil Engineer to join our growing construction team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in site supervision, material procurement, budgeting, and expense tracking. You should be confident, organized, and capable of leading on-site teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure quality and timely completion.
• Read, interpret, and work according to architectural and structural drawings.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers for material procurement and delivery.
• Prepare and maintain project expense sheets and assist in budgeting and cost control.
• Ensure materials and workmanship meet the required standards.
• Suggest technical improvements or alternate materials where suitable.
• Use AutoCAD and similar drafting tools to comprehend and make minor amendments to drawings.
• Report project progress and challenges to management regularly.
• Handle on-site labour teams confidently and ensure productivity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of practical site experience in construction projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and similar drafting software.
• Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and cost estimation.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Must have a two-wheeler for site travel (petrol allowance provided).
• Should be punctual, reliable, and ready to take initiative.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
