• Supervise day-to-day site construction activities for building projects.
• Ensure execution as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety norms.
• Coordinate between

  Client, Consultants, site teams, and internal departments

  for smooth project execution.
• Support contract management for medium-sized building projects.
• Monitor material usage and maintain on-site inventory control.
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports to project management.
• Ensure timely completion of civil works as per project schedule.
• Oversee structural work, masonry, finishing, and related construction activities.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment.

Candidate Profile:

• BE / Diploma in Civil Engineering

  (mandatory).

• Minimum 5 years for Graduates and 7 years for Diploma holders of experience

  in

  building construction

  supervision (not roads/infrastructure).
• Strong exposure to residential, commercial, or industrial building projects.
• Excellent coordination skills with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Fluent in

  English

  ;

  Hindi

  will be an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work on-site in East African countries under varying conditions.
• Should be having valid passport
