Job Title: Civil Engineer

Experience: 3 – 7 Years (Interior / Fit-out / Virtual Merchandising Industry)

Location: Palwal, Haryana

Salary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to oversee and manage interior design and fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and ensuring the quality execution of civil and structural works for residential, commercial, and corporate interiors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor site execution as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with interior designers, architects, and contractors for smooth project execution.
• Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), material estimates, and work schedules.
• Verify structural feasibility and ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
• Manage vendor and subcontractor activities for timely completion.
• Conduct quality checks for civil and finishing works (flooring, partitions, ceilings, etc.).
• Maintain project documentation, including site reports, measurements, and progress updates.
• Handle site-level problem-solving and ensure cost-effective execution.
• Collaborate with the design team for technical inputs during planning and modification.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and client expectations.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out and finishing work.
• Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings and structural layouts.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project tracking tools.
• Excellent project coordination and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and quality standards.

Qualification:

• B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
