We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction and infrastructure projects. You will collaborate with architects, contractors, and project teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (B.E./B.Tech) Diploma in Civil Engineering Experience Minimum 1 year of experience is required. Key Responsibilities 1. Planning & Designing Assist in preparing layouts, structural drawings, and estimates. Use AutoCAD or similar tools for design and drafting. Ensure designs follow IS codes and local authority guidelines. 2. Site Supervision & Execution Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications. Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and supervisors. Check the quality of materials (cement, steel, aggregates, etc.) and workmanship. 3. Project Management Prepare and maintain project schedules. Estimate quantities, costs, and resources required. Maintain records of site work, labor, and materials. 4. Quality & Safety Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control. Enforce safety rules as per HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards. 5. Coordination & Communication Collaborate with architects, consultants, and clients. Provide daily/weekly progress reports. Resolve site-level issues and escalate major concerns. Location Thiruvananthapuram. Candidates should be willing to travel outside Thiruvananthapuram. Travel expenses will be provided by the company.
