Job Title: Operations Manager

Department: Installation

Industry: Retail Display & Visual Merchandising

Location: Palwal, Haryana

Salary: 40,000 to 50,000

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Manager for the Installation Department to lead the end-to-end execution of retail display and visual merchandising installation projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing planning, execution, quality control, team coordination, and client communication to ensure successful and timely project delivery across multiple locations.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop, plan, and implement installation projects
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and expectations.
  • Monitor the progress of each project, ensuring all installations are carried out as per the schedule.
  • Supervise and direct installation teams, ensuring they adhere to safety standards and regulations.
  • Inspect the quality of work done, ensuring it meets the company and client standards
  • Communicate regularly with clients, suppliers, and team members to provide updates and resolve any issues.
  • Prepare and present reports on the status of each project to senior management.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring that all work is carried out within the allocated funds.
  • Arrange for the necessary equipment and materials needed for installations.
  • Conduct training sessions for installation teams to ensure they are competent and knowledgeable about the products being installed.
  • Resolve any installation issues and manage any changes to the plan as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Project Management, Retail Design, or related field
  • 5–8 years of experience in installation/project management, in Retail Display and Visual Merchandising, and the Furniture and Fixture Industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
