Job Title: Civil Engineer – High-Rise & Real Estate Projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage civil engineering aspects of high-rise building construction, including structural and site works.
• Coordinate and monitor plot development, land grading, road layout, drainage, and infrastructure design.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting across all phases of real estate development.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and consultants to ensure design and construction quality.
• Conduct site inspections, supervise on-site execution, and resolve technical issues during construction.
• Prepare and review civil drawings, BOQs, and tender documents.
• Ensure adherence to local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Track project progress and submit regular reports to project managers and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BE/B.Tech).
• 2+ years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on high-rise buildings, real estate development, and plotting/layout design.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, structural systems, and infrastructure planning.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, MS Project, and other relevant software.
• Familiarity with regulatory approvals, zoning norms, and municipal processes.
• Good communication, teamwork, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
