Civil Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil activities at project sites. Ensure proper execution of foundations, RCC work, pedestals, trenches, cable routing, and other civil works related to renewable energy projects. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and labor teams for timely project completion. Ensure all work is executed as per drawings, technical specifications, and safety standards. Take accurate site measurements, maintain daily progress reports, and update project managers regularly. Check the quality of materials and workmanship to ensure high standards of civil construction. Resolve on-site issues and provide quick technical solutions when required. Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all project locations. Assist in planning manpower & material requirements for smooth workflow. Requirements Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred. 1–2 years of experience in civil supervision, preferably in solar, EPC, or industrial construction projects. Strong knowledge of RCC, foundation work, and site execution activities. Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings and site layouts. Good communication & reporting skills. Must be willing to travel and manage multiple site locations. Strong leadership skills with the ability to handle labor and contractors. Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under deadlines.
