Role Summary

As the City Operations Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end operational delivery across plant care services, project management, and supply chain coordination within your assigned city. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring timely execution of projects, maintaining service quality standards, and optimizing operational efficiency, while also being accountable for city-level P&L and customer satisfaction metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Project & Plant Care Operations: Lead and manage all aspects of plant care and project execution to ensure high-quality service delivery in line with SLAs.
• Supply Chain Coordination: Liaise with the central supply chain team to ensure timely availability of materials, plants, and assets required for ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvement across all city operations to maximize efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high service standards.
• Budget Management: Own the city-level operational budget, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effective execution of services without compromising quality.
• SLA Compliance: Monitor and manage operational workflows to ensure that all customer and internal commitments are met within agreed timelines.
• Customer Satisfaction: Be accountable for city-level CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) and NPS (Net Promoter Score) by ensuring prompt issue resolution and proactive client engagement.
• Team Leadership: Hire, train, and manage a high-performing city ops team and cultivate a culture of accountability, service excellence, and ownership.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Any Bachelor's Degree
• A certification in project management is a plus.
• 7-10 years of proven experience in operations, project management, or related roles, preferably in service or logistics-led industries.
• Strong understanding of field operations, vendor/supply coordination, and customer experience metrics.
• Hands-on approach with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, execution-driven environment.
• Data-driven decision-maker with experience handling budgets and performance KPIs.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for sustainability, greenery, and innovative urban ecosystems is a strong plus.
