About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced City Lead to drive our real estate consulting and sales operations across the Cuttack–Bhubaneswar market. This is a leadership role for a performance-driven professional who understands Odisha’s real estate landscape and has led teams successfully in the past.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and expand business operations across the Cuttack–Bhubaneswar corridor.

• Build and manage strong relationships with top developers, channel partners, and corporate stakeholders.

• Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, team leadership, and market insights.

• Hire, Train and Manage a team of on-ground real estate professionals, ensuring high productivity and target achievement.

• Oversee sales operations including site visits, closures, customer experience, and compliance.

• Provide real-time market intelligence and contribute to new project onboarding and launch strategies.

Who Should Apply

✔ 6–12 years of real estate agency or developer-side sales experience

✔ Deep understanding of Cuttack–Bhubaneswar micro-markets

✔ Proven team management skills (handled 5–20 members)

✔ Strong developer relationships and channel partner network
