This is a full-time on-site role for a City Head - Enterprise Sales at OPDSure located in Gurugram. The City Head will be responsible for managing enterprise sales activities, leading the sales team, overseeing account management, and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth. We are seeking an energetic Enterprise Sales specialist to oversee and build and lead B2B Enterprise sales team in Gurugram and NCR regions to formulate and execute Enterprise Sales strategies to meet revenue goals. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in B2B/ Enterprise sales, preferably from the healthcare or retail industry. Key responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, conducting market research, presenting sales reports to senior management, and collaborating with marketing and product development teams. Qualifications for this role include analytical skills, team management, sales management, account management, strong leadership and interpersonal skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, proven track record in enterprise sales and business development, and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field. The successful candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, think strategically, be familiar with CRM software and sales analytics tools, and be willing to travel within the assigned geographic area. OPDSure offers a compensation package that includes flat 10% revenue sharing on B2B sales with potential earnings of 2 lakhs and above. There is no fixed salary until seed funding, and compensation will be based on monthly revenue sharing. After seed funding, a fixed salary structure ranging from INR 12,00,000 to 24,00,000/- will be offered, along with additional benefits.
