Roles and Responsibilities-

The City Head will be responsible for leading and managing the team of BBM and  Car loan business operations within a specific city or region. The Primary focus will be on driving Sales, expanding market presence,building strong customers relationships.

• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive car loans sales growth and achieve business targets within the assigned city or region
• Identify markets opportunities,Customer segments,and product niches to capitalize on and enhance Competitive advantage
• Lead and motivate  a team of sales professionals to generate new leads, acquire customers and expand the Car portfolio
• Address Customer inquiries, Concerns and escalations promptly and effectively to enhance satisfaction and loyalty

Experience Required-

Minimum 5 Years of experience in auto/ car loan.
