Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced

Citrix Cloud Administrator

to manage and optimize our Citrix Cloud environment. This role involves hands-on administration of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, ensuring high availability, security, and performance for end-users across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and maintain
Citrix Cloud environments
, including Virtual Apps and Desktops.
Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot Citrix components such as
Citrix ADC (NetScaler)
, StoreFront, and Workspace.
Perform
system monitoring, performance tuning, and capacity planning
.
Manage
user access, security policies
, and compliance within Citrix Cloud.
Implement
patches, upgrades, and migrations
for Citrix infrastructure.
Automate routine tasks using
PowerShell scripting
.
Collaborate with IT teams for integration with
Active Directory, Windows Server
, and other enterprise systems.
Provide
Tier II/III support
for Citrix-related incidents and service requests.
Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to
ITIL processes
for incident and change management.

Required Qualifications

3+ years
of hands-on experience in Citrix administration, including
Citrix Cloud
.
Strong knowledge of
Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops
,
XenApp/XenDesktop
, and
NetScaler
.
Familiarity with
virtualization technologies
(VMware, Hyper-V).
Experience with
Windows Server
, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, firewalls).
Citrix certifications
(CCA-V, CCP-V) preferred.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with
Citrix Farm migrations
and performance optimization.
Knowledge of
automation tools
and scripting (PowerShell).
Strong communication and documentation skills.
