Position: Network Engineer

Experience: 6+ Years

Location: Bangalore (3 days office in a week)


Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with

    Cisco Wireless

    (Controllers, Access Points, Authentication, RF).
  • Solid background in

    Cisco Networking

    (Routing, Switching, Troubleshooting).
  • Working knowledge of

    Cisco SD-WAN

    and Routing technologies.


Role Overview

Tier 3 escalation point


Responsibilities

  • Serve as the

    Tier 3 network escalation expert

    , specializing in Cisco wireless environments (controllers, APs, authentication, and RF analysis).
  • Lead advanced troubleshooting across

    WLAN/LAN/WAN

    , including packet flow, RF interference, roaming, and authentication challenges.
  • Implement, configure, and optimize

    Cisco wireless solutions

    such as 9800/Catalyst controllers, DNA Center/Prime Infrastructure, and ISE/802.1X.
  • Support and contribute to

    SD-WAN and firewall operations

    , ensuring seamless device and hardware management.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive network stability, performance improvements, and best practices.
