Amber helps 80M students worldwide, find and book full-time accommodations near their universities, without the hassle of negotiation, non-standardized and cumbersome paperwork, and broken payment process. We are the leading student housing platform globally, with 1M+ student housing units listed in 6 countries and across 80 cities. Position: Cinematographer / Editor

Location: Pune, Maharashtra (In-Office)

Employment Type: Full-Time (Permanent)

Salary: ₹27,000 - ₹33,000 per month (based on experience)


What You'll Do:

  • Lead the shooting and editing of raw clips into polished, high-impact content (long-form YouTube videos, 15-60s Reels, YT Shorts, IG Stories) with advanced graphics, color grading, music sync, and effects.
  • Manage end-to-end production for in-house projects, including scouting locations, storyboarding, and post-production quality checks.
  • Optimize content for multi-platform performance, analyzing metrics to refine future shoots and edits.
  • Click the images to catch the vibe of events happening in the office on regular basis.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's in Media, Film, or related field with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in cinematography and video editing (e.g., agency, production house, or freelance).
  • Proficient in editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or DaVinci Resolve; strong grasp of camera techniques (DSLR/mirrorless).
  • Sharp eye for storytelling: Proven ability to frame compelling shots and craft edits that engage Gen Z audiences in seconds.
  • Bonus: Experience with lighting setups or social media trends; familiarity with student/youth marketing.
