Job Title: Chinese Chef

Chinese Chef

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a wide variety of Chinese dishes with authentic taste and presentation.
Design and develop menus, including seasonal and special offerings.
Ensure freshness, proper storage, and rotation of ingredients.
Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety, and quality standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Chinese Chef or in a similar culinary role.
Strong knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques.
Excellent knife and wok-handling skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong teamwork, leadership, and communication skills.
