Child Psychologist With M.Phil

The successful candidate will take on a pivotal role in steering the psychological services at Ignitio. This leadership position entails overseeing child assessments, designing and planning individualized therapy programs, and, when necessary, directly administering therapies. A key aspect of this role will be to guide and mentor a team of psychologists, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and fostering their professional growth.

Furthermore, the Lead Child Psychologist will be responsible for meticulously tracking and documenting the progress of each child, ensuring that interventions are effective and tailored to their evolving needs. This role is ideal for a compassionate and skilled professional who is passionate about child development and is looking for a challenging yet rewarding career.

Given the Center's presence across Hyderabad, the role will require travel to our branches in Srinagar Colony, Madinaguda, Manikonda, Nizampet, and Attapur to ensure consistent and high standards of care across all locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments of children.
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy as required.
• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of junior psychologists.
• Track and report on the developmental progress of each child.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists.
• Travel to Ignitio's five branches within Hyderabad.

Qualifications:

• M.Phil in Clinical Psychology is mandatory.
• Proven experience in child assessment and therapy.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A compassionate and empathetic approach to child care.
