Role Overview

Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the

  technology roadmap

  for both

  broking and lending businesses

  .
• Build and scale a

  real-time trading platform

  with order execution, OMS/RMS, compliance reporting, and depository integrations.
• Lead development of the

  lending platform

  covering onboarding, KYC, credit assessment, collateral management (securities & gold), and loan lifecycle.
• Ensure

  scalability, resilience, and cybersecurity

  across platforms.
• Oversee

  API-first architecture

  to integrate with exchanges (NSE/BSE), depositories (CDSL/NSDL), banks, payment gateways, and credit bureaus.
• Drive adoption of

  AI/ML, data analytics, and automation

  for personalized trading, credit scoring, fraud detection, and collections.
• Build, mentor, and scale a

  multi-disciplinary engineering team

  across broking tech, lending tech, DevOps, and security.
• Collaborate with Product, Risk, and Compliance leaders to ensure solutions are

  innovative yet regulatorily compliant

  .

Key Requirements

• 12–18 years of technology leadership in

  broking/capital markets and financial services platforms

  .
• Strong expertise in

  brokerage systems, trading engines, OMS/RMS, depository & market connectivity

  .
• Proven experience in

  lending platforms

  (loan origination, collateral management, credit risk, and collections).
• Hands-on expertise with

  cloud-native architecture, microservices, APIs, and data security frameworks

  .
• Prior

  FinTech / NBFC / stockbroking startup

  experience preferred.
• Education: B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or related field; MBA is a plus.
