Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) located in Nashik. The CTO will oversee the technical aspects of the company and will be responsible for developing and implementing IT strategies, managing software development projects, and defining the technical architecture. Day-to-day tasks will include leading the product development team, ensuring system performance and availability, and driving technology initiatives to align with business goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Software Development and Product Development
• Experience in Project Management and Architecture
• Strong IT Strategy and Planning skills
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Nashik
• Experience in the event management or related industry is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
