CreatAiGenie is an AI-powered ad automation engine helping MSME sellers reduce ACOS, save hours, and scale profitably. We are not chasing vanity metrics; we are building technology that drives measurable results.

We already have:

• Client's LOI to pay when platform developed in deployment.
• Market pull
• A working MVP

What You Will Lead and Build:

• Modular Django REST framework APIs for rules-based ad automation
• Machine learning pipelines for campaign optimization and creative generation
• SDK integrations for seamless external tool connectivity
• Celery-based job queues for scalable workflows
• Secure, scalable PostgreSQL database and backend infrastructure
• Product and architecture strategy in collaboration with the founder
• Rule engine design for dynamic campaign controls

Tech Stack:

• Backend: Python, Django, DRF, Celery, PostgreSQL.
• Infrastructure: AWS / Azure (certifications required), PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, Supabase
• Integrations: Amazon SP-API, OpenAI/Gemini API, SDKs
• DevOps: GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines.

Engagement and Growth Structure:

• Two-month probation for mutual fit
• 1–2% equity during the initial phase (to increase post-funding)
• Join without salary for the first four months (negotiable if investing as a co-founder)
• Salary(discussed after probation period) starts after six months, with increases every six months and performance-based bonuses
• Equity doubles after 1.5 years based on milestone achievement
• Paid employee track (INR 5,000/month) and internship track (INR 2,000/month with potential extension) available for phased entry if preferred

Requirements

• 2–5 years of Django backend and API development experience
• Proficiency in Python, Django, SDK integration, machine learning, deep learning, and REST API development
• Experience with Celery, scalable database design, and structured APIs
• Proven track record of shipping live systems (AdTech or eCommerce experience is a plus)

Certifications required in:

• Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
• Backend/frontend frameworks (Django, Node.js, Flutter)
• AI/ML integration workflows
• Ability to own architecture and technical product decisions
• Interest in building real equity, not just collecting a paycheck
• Eagerness to learn how SaaS startups scale operationally and technically
