What You’ll Own

As CTO of 1doc OS, you will lead the architecture, engineering strategy, and execution of a cloud-first, identity-enforced, communication-enabled operating system for healthcare. You will be responsible for turning bold infrastructure vision into production-level systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the technical roadmap and system architecture of 1doc OS
• Lead multi-layer integration across cloud, edge, IoT, and offline environments
• Drive system-wide security, identity enforcement, and zero-trust communication protocols
• Collaborate with AI, product, infra, and app teams to power 45+ connected applications
• Build and manage a world-class engineering team
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and low-latency performance across the ecosystem
• Oversee release cycles, deployment infrastructure, and long-term codebase sustainability
• Push the boundary on how healthcare infra should operate in developing nations and beyond

You Should Have

• 8+ years of experience building large-scale platforms, OS-level systems, or infra stacks
• Proven leadership in shipping resilient, modular, and secure architectures
• Experience with cloud infra (GCP/AWS), real-time systems, APIs, and backend scalability
• Strong understanding of identity, encryption, and zero-trust systems
• Prior experience in healthcare, embedded, or multi-modal systems is a big plus
• Ability to lead deep tech innovation, not just manage tech debt
• Entrepreneurial mindset — willing to build from scratch and solve for real-world constraints
