Job Description

We're Hiring a CTO | Tech Co-founder (Equity Based Role)

Startup:

📍 Location: Remote (India preferred) | Equity Only

Who We’re Looking For:

We're on the hunt for a passionate, ambitious, and startup-minded CTO / Tech Co-founder


🔧 Responsibilities:
  • Build and launch the MVP (React Native / Flutter / any mobile stack)
  • Take ownership of tech architecture, app performance & user experience
  • Integrate real-time location-based matching logic
  • Work closely with the founder on product roadmap & growth


👨‍💻 Must-Have:
  • Strong full-stack or mobile development experience
  • Comfortable with startup uncertainty, fast iterations, and MVP mindset
  • Previous startup experience (bonus)
  • Passion for networking, communities, or social tech


💰 Compensation:

This is an Equity-Only
