Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technological direction and innovation at Blue Lotus Technologies. This full-time hybrid role is based in Chennai, with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. Key responsibilities include overseeing software development, defining IT strategies, leading architecture design, managing projects, and driving product development initiatives to align with the company's goals. The CTO will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution while fostering a culture of technological excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Software Development and Product Development
• Strong skills in Project Management, including planning, execution, and delivering within scope and budget
• Experience in IT Strategy development and Architecture design
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and implement innovative solutions
• Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their application to business challenges
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Relevant work experience in a senior technical leadership position
