Recruitment Support: Screening of resumes for various roles. Conduct initial candidate screening calls. Schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders. Maintain interview schedules and candidate communication. Leave Management: Maintain leave records, process leave requests, and keep track of absenteeism for both India and Australia teams. HR Process Implementation: Support and execute day-to-day HR activities such as maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, preparing HR reports, and handling employee queries. Coordination with Stakeholders: Liaise with internal departments and external agencies to ensure timely resolution of HR-related matters.
