Job Title: HR Executive Location: Piplod, Surat Department: Human Resources Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive to manage and support HR operations for our Australia and India teams. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth compliance processes, manage attendance, onboarding, recruitment, leave tracking, and all other HR functions. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to Australian employment laws and company policies for the Australia team, including record-keeping, statutory compliance, and policy implementation. Attendance Management: Monitor, track, and manage attendance for the Australia team accurately in line with company policies and local regulations. Onboarding Process: Manage the complete onboarding process for new hires in both Australia and India, ensuring a smooth experience from document collection to induction. Recruitment Support: Screening of resumes for various roles. Conduct initial candidate screening calls. Schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders. Maintain interview schedules and candidate communication. Leave Management: Maintain leave records, process leave requests, and keep track of absenteeism for both India and Australia teams. HR Process Implementation: Support and execute day-to-day HR activities such as maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, preparing HR reports, and handling employee queries. Coordination with Stakeholders: Liaise with internal departments and external agencies to ensure timely resolution of HR-related matters. Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Prior experience working in a multicultural environment or handling international teams, especially Australia. Knowledge of Australian employment laws, Fair Work regulations, and compliance practices. Experience with HR software and tools such as HRMS, attendance management systems, and recruitment platforms. Strong organizational skills with an ability to handle multiple tasks independently and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage professionally with international teams and stakeholders. Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of taking ownership of HR processes end-to-end. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion. Exposure to end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, especially in screening and shortlisting candidates for technical and non-technical roles. Adaptability to work across different time zones and flexible in working hours when needed to coordinate with the Australia team. Timings: Early Morning Shift: 6 am to 3pm
