Chief Technology Officer

The CTO will shape and execute the companys technology vision, driving digital innovation and leading all technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-impact products and services. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligning with business goals and growth plans.
• Lead architecture, infrastructure, and engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, efficiency, and continuous learning.
• Oversee product development lifecycles, from concept to delivery, ensuring consistent quality, performance, and reliability.
• Accelerate digital transformation, implement modern tech stacks, and introduce emerging technologies such as AI, ML, cloud, and cybersecurity.
• Ensure robust security, data protection, and regulatory compliance, proactively managing risks and threats.
• Optimize technology budgets, vendor relationships, and resource allocation for cost-effective operations.
• Represent the technology function at the executive and board level, providing clear insights and recommendations on industry trends and innovation.
• Mentor, hire, and upskill talent to build a world-class technical team and drive organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as CTO, VP Engineering, or similar technology leadership role, ideally in a scaling organization.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of software architecture, system design, and scalable infrastructure.
• Demonstrated track record driving digital transformation and managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Outstanding leadership, analytical, and communication skills, with ability to collaborate across executive and board levels.
• Experience with product innovation, cybersecurity, and compliance frameworks.
