Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Content Specialist to manage and grow our organic social media presence, along with content writing for all company-related documents and materials. The ideal candidate will understand our industry, generate engaging content ideas, and manage end-to-end social media content creation and posting processes.

- Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy

Research and understand our industry and audience to identify relevant topics.

Develop a comprehensive content calendar to ensure consistent and strategic posting.

Content Creation

Collaborate with the team to generate innovative content ideas.

Plan and organize content shoots, including coordinating schedules and logistics.

Provide detailed briefs to designers and video editors for reel edits and creative outputs.

Execution

Oversee the editing and production of content to ensure quality and brand alignment.

Write compelling captions that resonate with our audience.

Integrate appropriate and effective calls-to-action (CTAs) into creatives and reels.

Schedule and post content across various social media platforms.

Performance Tracking

Monitor engagement metrics and content performance.

Suggest improvements and optimizations for future campaigns based on insights.

Qualifications

Proven experience in social media management or content creation.

Strong understanding of various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).

Creativity and the ability to generate engaging content ideas.

Experience in managing content shoots and working with design/video editing teams.

Excellent writing skills for captions and CTAs.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Knowledge of social media analytics tools is a plus.
