Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Chief Technology Officer (CTO) role based in Hyderabad. The CTO will oversee the technology strategy, lead software development initiatives, and manage key projects. Responsibilities include developing and implementing IT strategies, architectural decision-making, and driving innovative product development. The CTO will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure technical excellence and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Software Development, including designing, coding, and testing solutions
• Strong expertise in Project Management and coordination of cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in IT Strategy and architectural decision-making processes
• Knowledge of Product Development, including end-to-end lifecycle and evolution of technology products
• Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and build high-performing technical teams
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Familiarity with geospatial technologies such as GIS, AI, and ML is advantageous
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in a similar technical leadership role
