Hiring: CTO (Chief Technology Officer) – Aiventory | Equity + Stipend | Remote/Hybrid

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Co-Founder level CTO

build from scratch

What You’ll Do:

• Own the complete tech stack (frontend + backend + AI integrations)
• Lead development of the MVP and future scalable versions
• Hire, manage, and mentor developers as the team grows
• Work closely with the founder on product and roadmap decisions
• Ensure best practices in architecture, security, and deployment

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience in full-stack development
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and integration
• Comfortable with building MVPs with speed
• Hands-on expertise in frameworks like React, Node.js, Python, or similar
• Experience with cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) and DevOps is a bonus
• Passionate about startups, problem-solving, and building something meaningful

What You Get:

• Equity: 5% to 10%

  depending on involvement & expertise

• Monthly Stipend:

  ₹3,000 to ₹5,000 (for initial 3–6 months)

• Co-Founder tag

  and full creative/technical freedom
