Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Technical Officer (CTO) specializing in Python, located in Ahmedabad. As the CTO, you will lead and oversee the technology strategy, software development, and product development initiatives. Responsibilities include managing technical projects, designing and implementing scalable software architecture, aligning IT strategies with business objectives, and ensuring the delivery of cutting-edge technology solutions. The role requires active collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive innovation and efficiency in projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Software Development, including Python expertise and hands-on experience with modern software tools and methodologies
• Strong skills in Project Management and Architecture with a proven track record of managing technical teams and delivering complex systems
• Experience in IT Strategy and aligning technical initiatives with business objectives
• Proven expertise in Product Development and launching scalable, user-focused solutions
• Leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capability to drive organizational growth through technology
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a master’s or equivalent experience is advantageous
• Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends to innovate and stay ahead in the industry
• Previous experience in a similar leadership role in the IT industry is a strong plus
