Role Mission:

What You’ll Own:

1. Talent Engine Builder (Your Core Mandate):

  • Architect and run the end-to-end talent machine: forecast, plan, and deliver world-class teams across business, tech, retail, and creative.

  • Crack hard hiring puzzles—junior volume to senior specialty, local to global.

  • Design a

    multi-channel talent funnel: digital, campus, community, events, referrals, and unconventional sources.

  • Drive data-led hiring: own dashboards, KPIs, and a culture of measurement.

  • Build

    proactive

    pipelines—hire not just for today’s gaps, but for tomorrow’s opportunities.

2. Employer Brand Storyteller:

  • Make us irresistible. Partner with marketing to craft our employer story—on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, campus events, industry forums.

  • Showcase culture, growth, and

3. Assessment & Selection Architect:

  • Standardize “what great looks like”—from scorecards to case studies to final recommendations.

  • Lead the bar-raising, not bar-lowering, hiring culture.

4. Talent Experience Designer:

  • Make onboarding memorable—from “offer accepted” to “impact delivered.”

  • Build Day 0–Day 30 journeys that ramp new hires to full power—fast.

5. Strategic Partner to Founders:

  • You are a core member of our leadership huddle—debating, designing, and challenging org direction.

  • Your insights on talent

    shape

    company priorities, not the other way around.

6. Culture & Policy Co-Creator:

  • Lead culture initiatives, DEI, performance frameworks, and internal mobility.

  • Future-proof policies for a digital, global, “best place to work” brand.
