Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Strategy Officer located in Abroad. The Chief Strategy Officer will oversee and drive the organization's strategic planning process, ensuring alignment with long-term goals. Responsibilities include business planning, analyzing market trends, developing and implementing strategic initiatives, managing executive-level decisions, and collaborating with leadership to support the company's growth and success.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Business Planning and Strategic Planning to develop and implement forward-thinking strategies.
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends, financial data, and organizational performance effectively.
• Background in Finance, with the ability to manage budgets, financial decisions, and related business processes.
• Experience in Executive Management, including leading teams and making decisions at an organizational level.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with the immigration consultancy or business services industry is a plus.
