• Focuses on driving sales strategy, new business horizons and efficiency improvements to achieve AOP/future growth
• Balancing high sales growth with sustainable profitability in a price-sensitive, commodity-driven market.
• Rapidly responding to market shifts, competitive pressures, and technological advancements while maintaining strategic alignment.
• Driving cohesive execution of the long-term strategy across diverse departments and overcoming resistance to change.
• Managing/leading cross functional teams/projects by setting example.
• Ensuring seamless cross-functional communication to deliver high-impact initiatives effectively.
• Review and track financial goals (Revenue, PBT, ROCE).
• Design and lead AOP, mid-term, and long-term planning using PMO methodology.
• Conduct strategy reviews, consolidate insights, and track execution.
• Analyze external trends (technological, economic, legal, social, political) to guide strategic decisions.
• Study possible industry for customer, competition, and partnership opportunities.
• Monitor strategic initiatives and conduct post-implementation reviews. Provide strategic insights to the CEO.
