Job Description

As the Site Leader & Chief Strategy Officer of the Center of Excellence (CoE) in Hyderabad, India, you will have a key role in steering the future direction of the organization. Your primary focus will be on scaling the CoE from its current headcount of 300+ to 1,000 employees within the next 3 years. The CoE encompasses various functions such as product management, engineering, technology, marketing, HR, and professional services, with teams including project managers, program managers, consultants, and architects. **Key Responsibilities**: - Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy aligned with the company's global objectives. - Lead the expansion efforts to scale the CoE in line with headcount targets. - Take full responsibility for the CoE's Profit & Loss (P&L) and budgets. - Attract, recruit, and retain top-tier talent across all functions. - Establish strong relationships with universities and professional networks to build a talent pipeline. - Implement training programs and mentorship initiatives for career growth. - Establish a robust Engineering Operations function for maximizing productivity. - Ensure optimal resource utilization through effective planning and work allocation processes. - Maintain expertise in cloud-native solutions, full-stack development, and other relevant technologies. - Develop a sustainable vision for the CoE in alignment with the company's goals. - Collaborate closely with global leadership and nurture relationships with stakeholders. **Qualifications Required**: - Proven experience in managing large teams and scaling headcount significantly. - Strong financial acumen with experience in managing P&L and budgets. - Extensive experience in the technology sector, particularly industrial software and cloud-native solutions. - Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate teams. - Ability to drive results, make data-driven decisions, and adapt to changing business environments. - Track record of successful talent acquisition and development. - Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required, MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
