About the Role

Cascade Buildtech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Chief Project Engineer to lead and oversee our ongoing and upcoming projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, monitoring, and ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of civil/structural projects from inception to completion.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to timelines, cost control, and quality standards.
• Supervise and coordinate with project managers, site engineers, contractors, and vendors.
• Review technical drawings, plans, and calculations to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct site inspections, resolve technical challenges, and provide expert engineering solutions.
• Prepare progress reports, MIS, and submit updates to senior management.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, health, and environmental policies.
• Maintain strong coordination with government bodies, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and project teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related field).
• Minimum 12+ years of proven experience in handling large-scale construction/infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools, engineering codes, and construction methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• PMP/Prince2 certification or equivalent project management certification (preferred).
• Experience in real estate, infrastructure, or large commercial/residential projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, and other project management software.
