Role Overview

The Chief Program Manager at Technovalley will serve as the technology and delivery excellence leader, driving innovation and ensuring continuous improvement across all five technology stacks—Cyber Security, Emerging Technologies, Infrastructure, Embedded Systems, and Metaverse—covering over 140+ global-standard programs.

This role requires a research-driven mindset to stay ahead of emerging trends, benchmark against global standards, and ensure Technovalley’s programs remain cutting-edge, industry-relevant, and globally competitive.

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnology & Delivery Excellence

• Continuously improve program design, delivery models, and pedagogy to meet world-class benchmarks.
• Ensure high-quality curriculum, labs, and assessments across all stacks.
• Drive standardization and innovation in delivery methodologies (classroom, virtual, hybrid, corporate consulting).

Research & Innovation

• Foster a research-oriented approach within all technology domains.
• Lead initiatives to explore new trends, tools, and frameworks in AI, Cyber Security, Cloud, Blockchain, IoT, Digital Twins, XR, and more.
• Collaborate with global partners and industry leaders to co-create advanced programs and certifications.

Global Positioning & Knowledge Strength

• Establish Technovalley as a knowledge leader by benchmarking against international institutions and certifications.
• Publish research, white papers, and case studies to strengthen Technovalley’s thought leadership.
• Position Technovalley as a global hub for upskilling, consulting, and innovation in multiple domains.

Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement

• Mentor and guide stack heads, trainers, and academic leaders to adopt innovative practices.
• Build collaborations with corporates, governments, and global certification authorities to align programs with future workforce needs.
• Strengthen relationships with industry to support placements, consulting, and startup incubation.

Key Requirements

• Education: Master’s in Technology/Engineering/Management or equivalent.
• Experience: 12–18 years in program management, technology consulting, or academic leadership.
• Strong background in multi-domain technology management.
• Demonstrated ability to drive technology adoption, delivery improvements, and innovation.
• Strong exposure to global standards, certifications, and industry frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹61,102.21 per month

Work Location: In person
