Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Design and execute a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with organizational goals in the US geography. Build and manage scalable HR operations across multiple delivery centers and client locations. Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, and onboarding strategies for volume and niche hiring. Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives across onshore and remote teams. Ensure compliance with US employment laws, wage & hour regulations, and client-specific HR standards. Champion DE&I programs and create inclusive work environments. Partner with business leaders and delivery heads to align HR strategies with operational performance. Oversee learning & development, leadership succession planning, and performance management frameworks. Implement HR tech platforms and analytics to drive data-based decision-making. Lead organizational design, change management, and culture transformation initiatives. Manage relationships with key stakeholders including clients, external auditors, and regulatory bodies. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field. Masters degree or MBA preferred. 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including 5+ years in a senior HR role within BPM/BPO or ITES. Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements in the US. Experience working with distributed teams in a hybrid or remote model. Proven expertise in scaling HR functions in fast-growing, high-volume environments. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across levels. Experience with HR platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) and data analytics.
