Chief Operating Officer

Position Name - Chief Operating Officer (COO) – NBFC

Location - Gift City, Gandhinagar

Experience Range - 15+ years (with at least 6 years in a leadership role in NBF

or BFSI sector)

Mandatory Requirement:

• Lead end-to-end operations across business functions.
• Manage the full loan lifecycle from origination through sanction, disbursement, servicing, and closure for products such as Capital Market Loans.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end operations across business functions.

2. Formulate and implement operational strategies aligned with business objectives and regulatory

guidelines.

3. Manage the full loan lifecycle from origination through sanction, disbursement, servicing, and closure for products such as Capital Market Loans.

4. Develop operational strategies and frameworks aligned with organizational goals.

5. Ensure adherence to IFSCA regulations, internal policies, & external audits.

6. Oversee risk management controls including KYC, legal documentation, collateral monitoring, and loan

portfolio compliance.

7. Collaborate across Business, Credit, Risk, Collections, IT, Finance, and external vendors/regulators.

8. Track and report on KPIs: TAT, turnaround time, costs, NPA trends.

9. Prepare periodic performance updates for senior leadership and board-level review.

10. Represent the company in regulatory, financial, and industry forums.

Qualification and Experience:

• CA or equivalent post-graduate qualification in Finance,Business, or Operations.
