Our promise: Flexible Stays for the New Us – #liveurway.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our operations, manage P&L, and scale FlxHo into a national brand. This is a high-impact leadership position with a clear pathway to evolve into a Co-Founder role, shaping the future of the company alongside the Founder.The COO will oversee end-to-end operations across properties, build processes and teams, ensure world-class guest experiences, and drive profitability across all verticals. Work on building a scalable profitable operations model to enable scale FlxHo as a go to Business Travel Brand.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership:Lead day-to-day operations across hotels, residences, and extended-stay properties.Establish and optimise SOPs for guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, kitchen and community operations.Drive operational excellence through technology, processes, and training.P&L & Growth Management:Own the full P&L across properties and business units.Drive revenue growth, occupancy, RevPAR, ADR and cost efficiencies.Identify and execute new business opportunities and partnerships.Brand & Guest Experience:Ensure consistent delivery of FlxHo’s brand promise at every touchpoint.Build systems to measure and enhance guest satisfaction & NPS.Champion innovation in hospitality experience, blending digital and physical.Team & Culture Building:Build and mentor a high-performing cross-functional operations team.Instil a performance-driven, guest-centric culture.Partner with the Founder on leadership hiring and organisation design.Strategic Scaling:Work closely with the Founder to scale operations to new geographies.Lead due diligence, onboarding, and integration of new properties.Prepare the company for investment rounds and strategic partnerships.Ideal Profile10–15 years of senior leadership experience in hospitality, serviced apartments, or extended-stay/asset-light hospitality models.Proven track record of managing multi-property operations and full P&L ownership.Strong commercial acumen – revenue management, cost optimisation, and scaling operations.Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-growing, early-stage environment.Excellent people leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Passion for creating memorable guest experiences and building new-age hospitality brands.What We OfferA chance to co-create the future of hospitality in India.Equity / Co-Founder track for the right candidate.Dynamic, innovation-led work culture with direct access to the Founder.Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives.This role shall grow as Co- Founder at FlxHo Send your CV to [nipun@flxho.com]
