Chief Operating Officer (Hospitality Background)

As a Chief Operating Officer (COO) at FlxHo, you will play a crucial role in leading the operations, managing the P&L, and scaling FlxHo into a national brand in the hospitality industry. Your responsibilities will include: - Operational Leadership: - Leading day-to-day operations across hotels, residences, and extended-stay properties. - Establishing and optimizing SOPs for guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, kitchen, and community operations. - Driving operational excellence through technology, processes, and training. - P&L & Growth Management: - Owning the full P&L across properties and business units. - Driving revenue growth, occupancy, RevPAR, ADR, and cost efficiencies. - Identifying and executing new business opportunities and partnerships. - Brand & Guest Experience: - Ensuring consistent delivery of FlxHo's brand promise at every touchpoint. - Building systems to measure and enhance guest satisfaction & NPS. - Championing innovation in hospitality experience, blending digital and physical. - Team & Culture Building: - Building and mentoring a high-performing cross-functional operations team. - Instilling a performance-driven, guest-centric culture. - Partnering with the Founder on leadership hiring and organization design. - Strategic Scaling: - Working closely with the Founder to scale operations to new geographies. - Leading due diligence, onboarding, and integration of new properties. - Preparing the company for investment rounds and strategic partnerships. Qualifications required for this role include: - 10-15 years of senior leadership experience in hospitality, serviced apartments, or extended-stay/asset-light hospitality models. - Proven track record of managing multi-property operations and full P&L ownership. - Strong commercial acumen in revenue management, cost optimization, and scaling operations. - Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-growing, early-stage environment. - Excellent people leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Passion for creating memorable guest experiences and building new-age hospitality brands.
